Shipping and Returns
We offer free UK shipping on all orders over £100.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer generic shipping to countries outside the UK. However, we are happy to arrange bespoke shipping to non-UK customers in certain circumstances. Please get in touch at email@example.com.
Please allow a 7-day turnover for your gin to be produced
No returns are accepted, except in the case of faulty or damaged goods. In this case, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange an exchange.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to 329 Acton Mews, London E8 4EF.
Exchanges in the event of damaged goods (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed.
To exchange your damaged product, you should mail your product to 329 Acton Mews, London E8 4EF.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
