Shipping and Returns
We offer free UK shipping on all orders over £100.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer generic shipping to countries outside the UK. However, we are happy to arrange bespoke shipping to non-UK customers in certain circumstances. Please get in touch at email@example.com
Returns & Refund Policy
As we offer many different products and experiences the refunds and returns policy differs depending on your purchase:
All our experiences bookings are treated as deposits and are therefore non-refundable.
If you are booked onto a course/experience, providing you give us at least 5 workings days notice we will honour your deposit and you may book onto an alternative date.
All our Gift Vouchers remain valid for 12 months from date of purchase. Gin School Experiences must be booked and taken prior to the voucher expiring. We are happy to refund your gift voucher within 30 days of the original purchase date, if your experience has not yet been booked.
If you wish to cancel your order and have the voucher refunded, please contact us to request this with your order/voucher details, and we can see what refundable options are available to you.
No returns are accepted, except in the case of faulty or damaged goods. In this case, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange an exchange.
Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to 329 Stean Street, London E8 4ED.
Exchanges in the event of damaged goods (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed.
