Crafting Your Own Gin
Make Your Own
Gin Class London
HOW TO CRAFT YOUR RECIPE:
We’ll help you choose a blend of botanicals to make your own perfect gin, a personal recipe that makes your gin unique. Keep your recipe then we’ll happily distil that recipe for you, for years to come.
HOW TO TASTE YOUR GIN:
Most people don’t spend their time sampling gins side-by-side, differentiating tastes, learning how to identify the flavours that really make them tick. Well, here’s your chance, guided by a true artisan. By drinking – by savouring – many different gins and gin cocktails, you’ll learn how to get the best from your tailored recipe.
HOW TO MAKE YOUR GIN:
Not just any gin but a single-shot, heart-cut diamond of a gin, the ultimate London Dry Gin. There is no huge secret to the process, but it is an art, and you can’t rush it, and it does demand an innate generosity of spirit. It’s fascinating.
HOW TO BOTTLE YOUR GIN:
So you can take your gin home. Once bottled, you’ll wax seal it -to make sure it arrives home safely – and finally label it. A label so tempting on a bottle so charming you’ll be breaking that wax seal the moment you get home.
Craft, distil and wax seal your own gin, using a bespoke blend of botanicals in a mini copper still.

“Carmen and her team were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. They had in depth knowledge of the history of gin which they imparted in an engaging way. The gin making was great fun. We always had a drink in hand and the snacks were tasty and plentiful. Came away with a whole bottle of my gin too so all in all a great time and good value. Thanks Carmen and team!”

“We visited for the gin experience and absolutely loved everything about it, from the venue to the awesome hosts. Hannah and Ben took care of us brilliantly, Hannah was so animated in her talk about the history and making of gin. So interesting and gorgeous cocktails. We left with our own brand of gin and two 58 Gins. Thoroughly worth a visit. We loved it.”

“All of the drinks that you get to try are delicious…I really enjoyed the whole process from choosing our own herbs & spices to create our own unique flavour, to measuring, and then distilling the gin yourself. It’s worth mentioning that with the current situation, there Covid-19 measures in place so we felt safe the whole time. There’s even 58Gin branded hand sanitiser as they started making hand sanitiser during lockdown. 10/10!”
“I bought the gin making experience as an anniversary gift for my partner and it did not disappoint! Our hostess was absolutely lovely, the class was such fun, the cocktails were great and overall just a really fantastic experience. We sampled all the different botanicals and then came up with our own recipe, with a bottle each to take home. The gin making was interspersed with cocktails, nibbles, gin tasting and a history of gin which was very interesting.”
“Booked this as an early birthday present for my girlfriend and so glad I did. This was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The venue was like a hidden gem tucked away under the railway bridge. A warm, smiling welcome when we arrived. 4 delicious cocktails made and explained for us throughout the evening whilst our Gin was being distilled. Who knew there was so much to learn about Gin! Very interesting learning about the history of Gin and how it’s made.”
